Unable to add managers to nest learning thermostat

Compressor protection in defrost mode

With dual fuel application, When defrost is initiated and the gas furnace is energized,the heat pump is operating without the Condenser fan motor running because it is in defrost mode causing major damage to the compressor?

Heating issues

Strange temp changes

one of my nests has decided that it needs to be 80 degrees at 6am. Every day. It’s ignoring the schedule, but only at 6am. The other nest is behaving normally. Any ideas?
