Nest presence sensing

If the 2 phones associated with the home are away, could other people be sensed by Nest and turn off Eco while these others are present? And then revert to Eco when they are not present? Or are they doomed to Eco setting while “primaries” are away?

Nest E error again.

Tried all that got error 159....No C wire. I have a c wire . Why is this happening? It does it daily. Only error for minute then it's connected...There's gotta be a fix. I have a nearer home and furnace. Thanks for your help
