More wires then needed

My existing heat pump thermostat has connections labeled: RcGY1O/BCW1W2It looks like the wire inserted in the W2 slot is labeled Y2. W1 has whiteO/B has what looks like orangeWhat do I do here?

Nest Heatlink base unit to heating system doesn’t power up
