Installed a new furnace having issues wiring it up to the new furnace

Google Nest Power Connector Installed and Still Error Code

Everything is installed exactly as it should… any ideas why the power commector isn’t doing what it’s supposed to? Supply constant power? Is there any voltages/amperages I can test to determine where the problem is?
