This really is rubbish. First my nest controller lost WiFi link and had to be replaced (10 days) now it cannot connect to the Heat Link . Time for a refund and to find something that works!

Nest Thermostat E wont boot up

My Nest E thermostat gave me a low battery code. I charged via USB until a green light appeared at the top. Now it will not boot up at all. It's just non-responsive.

Nest Thermostat can’t find wireless connections

Nest thermostat can’t find WiFi connections with w5 error. I have tried resetting and all troubleshooting solutions but no success, “searching” wheel just goes round constantly, no other devices have connection issues.
