Resolved! Is my Braeburn 5220 compatible

I have two Trane Air Handlers and Heat pumps using Braeburn 5220 thermostats. The wires are:L, O, Y1, Y2, O/B/V3, G with RC/RH on a jumper.Is the Nest Learning gen 4 compatible with this setup?Thanks in advance.
