Thermostat will not stay cool

The cool air will not blow continuously. The air stops on its own then says “starts in 2:30” then the cool air begins to blow again for 30 seconds then stops again and starts the countdown. Please help!

No power to nest.

My wiring seems to be correct but no power at all when base is connected. I also tried charging the base I get a message to put on base (as pictured) but no blinking light while on charge.
