Scheduled temperature not showing in app

My schedule tells Nest to heat to 17.5 degrees at 19:30.At 19:30 the heating comes on, but in the app (on a Pixel 7) the set temperature stays at 9 degrees. This means I can't reduce the temperature if I need to; if I've just lit the fire for example...
