Can't control Thermostat temperature from the App
In my Nest App I can only change my setting to 'Home' or 'Away. I can't control the temperature any longer nor when the heat comes on or off - I can't even see the options on the App to do this.

Hi, every time we want the heat to come on the thermostat turns on and runs the fan but no heat, then a couple minutes after the fan cycle stops the heater starts up and runs like it should. Not sure why.
