I get the error message E294:R is required. I checked the wiring connections and I have Red, Yellow, White and Green connected. What am I missing? Thank you

Heat won’t turn on. I have re set the thermostat and power is on for the system. Was not connected to wifi all way due to low battery. I re charged and heat won’t turn on. Cooling will.
