My heat is on even though the nest is off

When I go to select and press on "Nest App/Low Battery" won't respond while all the others work fine

Takes several tries for furnace to kick on

My furnace is taking several times for the heat to kick on. We have it set for a heat pump and everything but it has been taking more than one try these last couple days.

Honeywell THX9421R

Honeywell THX9421R thermostat controlling our heat pump (furnace and A/C). Only two wires connected, Red and Blue. Green, yellow and white are not connected. Is this compatible with google nest and if so what is the proper wiring. Thanks,Will

I have 2 furnaces/central air units, which means 2 thermostats. I have one Nest learning thermostat already connected in my app but am having trouble connecting another one. Does anyone habe a solution for me?

Temp setting

I can’t manual control my nest thermostat. I did everything thru help menu. I try to turn up the heat temp. Reading says it will take so much time to heat to the setting then furnace kicks on but shuts off before desired temp is reached.
