I have a nest thermostat and on the app it keeps showing if I am home when I am not. How can I fix this?

Nest Thermostat Indoor Temp off

I have 2 Nests and both are reading the wrong indoor temp. It says 74 in my house but my other accurate temps say it's 72. What could possibly be causing them to read high? I'm severely disappointed in these products so far.

Regroup thermostats in home

I have three nest thermostats. When I added the last one, I inadvertently assigned it to a different home name. How can I reassign that thermostat in the app to the original name? (Note: these all are in the same physical house.)

Heat link stopped working

My Nest heat link has stopped working. No light on it at all and H71 error on the thermostat. Was purchased under 2 years ago. I’ve checked the power and there is power to it and wiring looks ok. Please can I urgently get a replacement?

Knocked heat link now faulty - can I still leave boiler on?

When moving some things around we accidentally knocked the wire to the heat link, it sparked and now it wont turn on, I will get someone in to fix this. However while I wait, am I able to still leave the boiler on so that our hot water works?

heat will not run up from eco

We have our nest at a cabin. We keep it at 40 on eco wen not there. It will not turn up using comfort or sleep options from app. When we get there we can manually turn up but that defeats the purpose. We want it warm when we get there.
