Thermostat won’t hold charge

Hello, my nest won’t hold its charge even after charging it for hours. I am attaching a picture to show the levels. We are using the usb method to charge the device.thank you!

Nest Thermostat turns boiler ON but not OFF.

Has anyone else had the following issues and resolved it? Nest thermostat turns boiler/heating on, but when using the thermostat and turning the boiler off, the thermostat shows off but the boiler is clearly still on.

Cool to dry - is anyone aware of when the cool to dry feature is triggered - at what humidity level?
