Resolved! Honeywell TH8320 not compatible with 3rd gen nest

I have a Honeywell TH8320 and would like to install my 3rd gen nest. When I go through the setup process it says my wiring is not compatible. Can someone verify this please and give me instructions on how to wire if it is compatible. Wiring

Nest thermostat Reset

I recently changed out my home HVAC system to a new one & I'm having issues with cooling that I think may be related to the Nest thermostat. I don't think the installers synched the thermostat to the new HVAC equipment. Any idea who to do that?
