Resolved! Why are the thermostats so poorly supported in terms of downloading data?
It either never works, or there's just not enough data. It's my house, my device, my data. Why can't I pull down a simple temperature log? Ten days in the nest app isn't enough. Migrating to Google home is a joke...not even an option for it.
